To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Package Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Include the RMA number on the package.

Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label we provided. Drop off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days

Partial Returns

For orders containing multiple items, you can return individual items. The refund will be calculated based on the proportional cost of the returned item(s), including applicable taxes and shipping adjustments.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped). Return shipping is always free with our prepaid labels.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Size or color variations (where applicable)

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns but specify that you want an exchange. We'll expedite shipping of the replacement item once we receive your return.

International Returns

International customers can return items following the same process:

Customs Notice: International returns may be subject to customs inspection. We recommend declaring the correct value and marking packages as "returned merchandise" to avoid additional duties.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

No Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking fees for standard returns in eligible condition.
